atience to take care of Grundig HF 35
To thank radiouseum.org circuit diagram found here, help me to solve the difficulties of maintenance
Special push-pull amplifier tube ECLL800

April 21, 2014, after a 15-day study, take care of maintenance Grundig HF35 tube radio.
There is a problem: 1. Power hum, but no;
         Filter capacitor dry results;
         Rectifier bridge burned;
         An output cattle burned;
         5. Voltage is too high
Maintenance records: the replacement of two filter capacitors (100uF * 2);
         Replace the rectifier bridge;
         A push-pull output cattle and replacement purchases in China;
         Replaced two special amplifier tube ECLL800;
         Line Drawings accordance with radiouseum.org downloaded, the control voltage of each pole, Tune to standard values, while the replacement of the line of electrolytic capacitors, and resistors.
Power test machine, Radio issued a sound.
Expressed his thanks to the radiomuseum.org, my favorite forum.

Dear Yuxi,

I would recommend to check for possible leakage the coupling capacitors to the power stages. Quite often they are leaky and could rapidly damage the expensive ECLL800 tubes. I suggest to check with a megaohmmeter C97, C98, C104 and C105 and, if defective, replace them with polyester film types. An alternate way to determine if capacitors are leaky is to measure the voltage on pin 7, cathode, of the tubes. Any value in excess of some 9 volts indicates leakage in one or both the related coupling capacitors.

Emilio
