My decoder has AF126, AF126 and AF137. I need help in finding replacements. Thank you.

The Online NTE cross reference guide lists:

NTE160 as a substitute for the AF126;
NTE160 or NTE126 as a substitute for the AF137.
 
These are both listed as PNP germanium RF transistors with an hFE in the range of 40-50 and device dissipation of 60mW for NTE160 and 150mW for NTE126.
 
If it were up to me, I'd be inclined to try an inexpensive general purpose silicon PNP transistor such as a 2N3906, before investing in an expensive germanium replacement part.
