marconi: T23BT (T 23 BT);

Dear Experts,

Is there more than one version of this receiver?     According to data in R&TV Servicing the T23BT is a 6 Volt powered set not ac mains.   The 23 Series is stated as being a UK export range:-

T23AE, T23AT  a.c. mains powered. 

T23DAE, T23DAT,  a.c. and d.c powered, using the 142 series tubes.

T23BE, T23BT, 6 volt powered with self-rectifying vibrator.  This also has a push-pull output stage with a pair of N151 rather than the N150 mentioned in our data.  (The N150 is used in the ac sets.)

The E versions have a long-wave band in place of one of the four Short-wave bands on the T versions.

There are a few other discrepancies in the details so it would be good to clarify and correct if possible.
