OA150

Normally replaceable-slightly different:
  2AP17 ; 2AP5 ; AA117 ; AA132 ; OA1150 ; OA161
Different maximum ratings:
  OA81 ; OA85 ; OA91 ; OA95

In the US, maybe it can be easier to find an 1N34 as replacement.  Judge from the actual application, which parameters of the diode that might be really critical.

A 1N60 (or more likely a 1N60P)  is still made and a good replacement for most Germanium diodes. Very widely available and "better" than OA91, OA81, 1N34A except reverse voltage.
1N60P VRRM 45V (old 1N60 is 40V, current 1N34A is 65V PIV @ 1mA)
1N60P & 1N34A If = 50mA
1N60P Vf @ 1mA 0.24V (good detector), the 1N34A is higher.
1N60P Leakage @ 15V is 0.5 to 1.0 uA. 1N34A 30uA @ 10V and 0.5mA @ 50V

IN60P capacitance < 6pF @ 10V, about 17 pF at 0.5V volts (Reverse voltages)

Dectection good to above 30 MHz. Beats best HP Schottky signal diodes for 1MHz to 30 MHz sensitivity, though they are lower voltage drop at 10mA.

The 1N34 has much higher reverese leakage, poorer detector.
