Pamrex "brand" query
Pamrex "brand" query
It is my understanding that the trademark PAMREX stands for PAM Radio EXports and is used for Pam models intended for the export market. PAMREX as an entity is likely just the export arm of PAM (Radio & Television) Ltd.
I am not sure if the "trademark" "PAMREX" could be considered as a "brand name", or even for a separate manufacturers page for that matter. "Trademarks" and "brand names" are not always necessarily one and the same! Export models like X232/C and others, despite the PAMREX "trademark", are on the surface still simply branded as Pam.
Pam radio and television products intended for export have an "X" (PAMRE"X") in the model designation:
TXP175 (4-bands, 7 transistors)
TXP185 (4-bands, 8 transistors)
TX160 (6-bands, 7 transistors)
TX195 (3-bands, 7 transistors)
TX200 (4-bands, 7 transistors)
TX210 (3-bands, 7 transistors)
X231/C (23" 625 line TV)
X232/C (23" 625 line TV)
X233/C (23" 625 line TV)
