I own a French Philips 446A-29 (see picture) with the following tubes: ECH3, ECF1, EBL1 and AZ1. Also quit different as the German 446A-29 as given by RMorg.

Which one is the right radio, or are there two versions?

On the foto I can see also a magig eye.
It must be the ==> Philips 446A France, is it correct?

When it is this radio, please load up your photos including the name plate to the model. Than we can modify the type name.

Dear Wolfgang

Following your comment on my mail, I confirm, as already stated in my mail, this concerns the French A446-29. With, indeed a magic eye: EM1

My question however is: "Are there two versions (both a French and a German) of the 446A-29?" This appears difficult for me to believe.

Regards
Rein

Please look at the dial.
When you read G.O,  P.O and O.C for the wave bands, it is a french model.
