Hello,

I am looking for the name/type of the round connector in the back of this model for the Tape Recorder input (Tonbandgerät). It is a round connector with four equally spaced inputs at positions 12-3-6-9 o'clock and one larger hole in the middle. Also is this an input connector from tape player or output connector to tape recorder?

Thank you in advance for any pointers on how to connect audio to this input.

Best,

Henry

Hello Mr. Saam,

actualy it is a "DIN Stecker, 3-pol". The 4th connection (at 6h) is an additional  ground connection for the shield.

I could only find a set (plug / socket) on amazon - search for "1 Paar 3-polig DIN Stecker + Buchse Audio"

It is both input and output ...

Kind regards,

D. Consales

Dear Henry,

This is a German standard DIN 3pol connector. You may find it on Ebay, see attached PDF.

Regards,

Rolf
