I have a radio with the same cabinet, but it must be a Model 55 or 56, as it has a different tube complement: 78, 6A7, 2A5, 2A5, 55, 58, 2B7, 5Z3.  I know these are correct, as they are shown on the original factory labels.    The 6th Edition of the Mallory Radio Service Encyclopedia lists Models 55/56 with that tube compliment.

please refer to Riders 4-10 where the wiring difference is shown.

55 consists of a cabinet with speaker and power supply plus a separate remote selector unit (treasure chest). that does not match your description

56 is a console with hinged doors. Maybe yours is a 56, but are hinged door on yours?
