Hello, I recently purchased a crosley 56tv table top radio and was wondering if replacing the original wood cabinet would help the value at all. The original cabinet has a paint splatter and places where the finish has worn off. I know some of these things can be fixed. However I was scanning ebay and found an unused, real cabinet for my exact radio model. Would it help to replace the orignal cabinet with this unused one, or do I stay original?

Hello Alec,

I will not help at all. Your radio is listed as found from $30.00-$40.00, not restored, so buying another cabinet would cost you more than the radio.
