Valued Member,
I said it the very first days in the existence of Radiomuseum.org, and I
am always glad to repeat it:

The aims and aspirations of RMorg will only be realized by exercising a
certain solidarity and by demonstrating trust in the leadership. This
should be accomplished foremost in a spirit of mutual friendship. The
second sentence regarding admission reads: "We are after active members,
who are enthusiastic and dedicated, so that the spirit of "Collectors help
Collectors" will continue into the future.

With a gentle push we are now attempting to achieve greater equality
amongst members so that some do not only take from RMorg, but also give
something back in return. Enter UACS in SEARCH (at the top of every page),
to find the full and detailed text on the subject in English.

In summary: In your member profile we list all your activities at RMorg
and underneath we put - visible only to you - a Q (quotient). The smaller
that number, the better - not the other way around.

You are starting out with an opening credit of -100, even if you NEVER did
anything for RMorg but pay the entry fee. If you made or will make a
contribution, the assessment of points is not linear but a division. You
need to reciprocate only in a small way to be set up for years.
Once the system reacts and sends a restrictions notice to you regarding a lack of contributions, you still remain a member. Restrictions only apply to two activities, namely large pictures and schematics. Even then you are given about 20 opportunities to change this situation instantly. And it doesn't have to be by uploading pictures and schematics. Any contribution made in good faith like uploading a collector price to a model will do. The changes had to start somewhere - this is the first step. It will be our endeavour to, over a period of time, refine the system so that we eventually arrive at a solution that is acceptable to all parties as just and fair. One argument that has come up repeatedly is to create a method under which payment can be made in compensation for benefits derived from RMorg. This issue will only be addressed after I have hired again a full- time programmer. This cleared up, due to the heavy workload, I am no longer in a position to respond to all e-mails in person. Therefore, please do not direct any e- mails on this subject to me. For this and other matters we have now a contact form. Towards this end we are still looking for members who will as Administrators reply to such e-mails on my behalf. If interested, please contact me. It is my sincere hope that you will be able to take many positive steps in your lifetime. Sincerely, Ernst Erb (HB9RXQ)
