  • The Tube Tester 151 has 7 sockets, 2 pin straighteners (for 7-pin and 9-pin miniature tubes) in the lower left corner, one VU meter, manual test voltage selection. Info from guest Jerry Azzaro: The operating instructions are from November 1960. He is adding: "see the operating instructions which you can see tucked into the lid in the photo. It is 40 pages long and lists hundreds of tubes. It includes a schematic for the tester. There is also a typed/photocopied 2-page supplement chart. Some tubes are listed two or three times because they require multiple tests. The tester would be quite useless without these documents!"
