Trouble-free operation. Fool-proof tone arm. Walnut cabinet. Also available in mahogany plastic. OPA price is $ 37.95. This is the content of the description in "Radio Retailing" April 1946. On the same page one can see that the model 6RP48 has amplification and loudspeaker - and two different plastic cabinets. This 6RC46 is only the player and it seems having been available either in wood or in plastic.
