  • The Admiral YG873 is an AC operated 5 tube BC band clock radio. BC band frequency range is 535 to 1620kHz. Has Qty(1) 4" PM speaker. Cabinet color is White.

    This model uses chassis 5D6E, which is a chassis used in earlier models from Admiral.  The Beitmans and Sams documentation refer to the earlier models using the same chassis, thus the schematics and alignment procedures in these references may be used for this model.

    One side of the AC line cord is connected directly to the chassis.  Use an isolation transformer when servicing this equipment!
