  • Notes
  • The frequency synthesizer is a fully programmable instrument particularly suited to automatic test systems.
The output frequency 300 Hz to 50 MHz is determined with 0.1 Hz resolution by nine rotary switches, or programmed by parallel BCD codes in TTL position logic.
The output level ranges from +20 dBm to -79.9 dBm (50 Ohm) with +/- 0.3 dB level flatness within the entire frequency range. This level is controlled by three rotary switches providing 0.1 dB resolution, or programmed by parallel BCD codes.
Two ALC time constants are available, permitting thus to reduce the output level settling time to 3 ms for frequencies higher than 10 kHz.
Stability: 5*10exp-9 per day after one month operation.
Reference Oscillator Output: 10 MHz 0.5 Vrms/50 Ohm
    Power Consumption: 30 W
