AM/FM. Essentially Military version of  A.F.M. 2.
The TFM is reduced frequency range.

AM: 450 kHz to 225 MHz in 8 ranges.
FM: 20 MHz to 100 MHz.
The Manual for the Military version, the CT378A, explains the AM Modulator diode setup.
