The Mozzullphone range was promoted under the slogan “Maximum Efficiency at Minimum Cost” in Broadcaster & Wireless Retailer, April 1925 (p. 20). BDS Wireless Co. Ltd. positioned the set as a reliable, repeat‑order product for dealers, emphasizing its patent detector and universal adjustment. Surviving examples are rare; most were sold through wholesale stockists listed in the company’s illustrated catalogue.

It incorporated a patented sensitive detector with universal adjustment, allowing detection by crystal and cats‑whisker or by twin‑crystal operation. Designed for Chelmsford reception, the set was advertised at £1 17 s 6 d (without accessories) or £2 6 s 0 d complete. The internal layout provided accommodation for five headphone pairs and an optional matching one‑valve amplifier housed in the same compartment.
