  • Shape
  • Tablemodel, Box - most often with Lid (NOT slant panel).
  • Notes
  • One dial (primary tuning control knob). It is not clear if this set is identical or not with the "old" 1923 issue. The Bristol Single Control Radio Receiver utilized the Grimes Inverse Duplex System. This four tube set had the power of six tubes because the Grimes Inverse Duplex System utilizes the first two tubes for both radio and audio amplification. The familiar Bristol One Stage Power Amplifier is incorporated into this set as the last stage of audio amplification. Radio had a solid mahogany case.
