  • The Canadian Bulova model 247 (The Companion), is a 4-tube portable radio that can operate from internal batteries or 117V AC or DC. 
    Requires two C size Eveready type 950 "A" batteries, and one 67.5V Eveready type 477 "B" battery. Model 247 has a Sun Tan colour. Also available in a blue model 246 and Rawhide model 249.

    Although not the same model, the schematic from USA model 240 may be close enough for repair purpose
