  • This stand-alone amplifier uses the AA59 output amplifier circuit of the R59 tape recorder, to which a regulated power supply and an RIAA pre-amplifier for magneto-dynamic were added.
    It was later sold under the brand Thorens (with a simpler unregulated power supply) and also as a construction kit distributed by MBLE Belgium, the BBO 863.
    Some transistors listed are used more than once, e.g. BC109 (6x), BC143 (3x) and 2N3055 (5x).
