  • This regenerative receiver/amp combination set was manufactured by Precision Equipment Co. for Crosley in 1923. It was basically a regenerative Crosley V sold under the Precision Equipment ACE trade name before Crosley changed the Precision Equipment name to the Crosley Radio Corp. These models were sold with a larger mahogany cabinet which gave room for the necessary batteries required by the new dry cell battery tubes such as the Radiotron WD12 and the Cunningham C12.
