  • Notes
  • The unit covers 170kHz - 475kHz and 550kHz - 1600kHz in two ranges. This overall coverage spans the long and medium wavebands, as well as the typical European IF range around 460kHz, and 455kHz as used in American radios. 1600kHz was an IF used by better quality communications receivers where the higher IF reduced the possibility of image reception at high frequencies.

Used a tapped 9V grid bias battery, typically an Ever Ready Winner 9.
