Belhacène calls it "Piano 4 lampes ext.",as the leaflet does. CFL means: C= 4 tubes amplifier, top part; FL= Tuner, bottom part. Both parts are also available separately. Here they are combined (C + FL = CFL) in a piano cabinet.
There are different versions: Both panels either with or without wave switch PO / GO.
