Le récepteur RC4 est l'adaptation du modèle R4 (liaison BF à transformateur) au secteur continu. La résistance de la self d'excitation du haut-parleur est très faible (tension d'excitation 20 volts).
Il utilise une régulatrice 0.30 A 25/75 V pour fonctionnement sur 110 volts, ou une régulatrice 0.30 A 70/210 V pour 220 volts.
