Machine for playing musical cylinders.
The last, very sophisticated Edison phonograph.
The horn-reproducer assembly remained immobile and the cylinder moved under the stylus, producing very little mechanical noise. the large three-spring motor provided at least 30 minutes operation with a single winding. By pressing only one lever, the motor started and the needle descended. The instrument stopped automatically at the end of the cylinder.L'ultimo e sofisticatissimo fonografo Edison.
Description of the device written by Mr. Marco Contini, as well as in the brochure.
