  • At least in 1954 Ekeradio offered a "beginners kit" transistor radio, a two band 8-oz. battery, transistorized Ekeradio, a transistorized custom F-M Ekeradio and a Transistorized "All wave Band Radio".

    Ekeradio Pocket - two band radio:
    It uses a subminiature tube and transistor. Receives the complete broadcast band plus part of short waves including the amateur band on 75 meter. 8 feet receiving wire antenna. It is not a kit but ready to play.
