  • The volume control is a variable capacitor in series with the antenna. At the ends of the volume control travel, the LW/MW switch is actuated. The regeneration control capacitor is combined with the ON/OFF switch The grid detector 24 is transformer coupled to the 47. This model is shown twice because of a different tube line up, one with 35 T4700 47 80 and the other with H4128D 24 47 80. This could be the cause of a change for a repair - or is it really two versions - with which original tube line up?
