  • The General Electric P-798C is a portable battery operated 5 transistor AM band receiver.  The AM band frequency tuning range is 540 to 1600kHz.  Has built-in loopstick antenna.  Uses Qty(4) "D" 1.5V batteries.

    This model is part of the P-795, P-796, P-797 and P-798 family of models, which have the same cabinet but have different colors.  The various letters behind each model number indicate the circuit differences.
