  • Anotaciones
  • The Goldring Jubilee Micro Balanced Transcription Arms TR1 and TR2, introduced in 1956, were precision tonearms designed for high-fidelity vinyl playback.

The TR1 employed hardened steel cones with miniature ball-races for vertical movement and dust-protected ball-race bearings for horizontal tracking. This dual-bearing design contrasted with simpler pivot systems in many mid-tier arms of the era, offering improved stability and reduced friction.

TR1 Regular Model for records up to 12”.

    • Overall Length 11½”
    • Fixing Length (turntable spindle to centre of the 2½” Dia. Pedestal): 8¾”

    Design and Compatibility

Laboratory-grade construction: Engineered for accuracy in tracking and minimal distortion, utilising a micro-balance system for optimal stylus pressure adjustment.

Cartridge compatibility: Designed to accommodate Goldring cartridges or other high-quality models, emphasising versatility for audiophiles and professional setups.

    Technical Specifications

    • Tracking and balance: Employed a refined balance system with non-detachable shells (TR1) or optional detachable shells (TR2) to suit different cartridge weights.
