  • Designed by BBC to operate for 625, 525 and 405 line television network for the measurement of random noise in the presence of a television system, operating with the latest CCITT/CCIR standards. It measures noise in the presence of a standard level signal over the range 20 to 60dB signal/random noise ratio.
