  • The Heathkit Model A8 Amplifier kit was designed for high fidelity performance, adequate power output, and moderate cost. Frequency response is within: 1 db from 20 to 20,000 cycles.
    The amplifer features a Chicago Power transformer in a drawn steel case and a Peerless output transformer with output impedances of 4, 8 and 16 ohms. Has two input jacks for either crystal or tuner operation and separate bass and treble tone controls. The kit includes all necessary material as well as detailed construction manual.
