The HP model 400 FL is a versatile AC dB voltmeter. It can be used as a wideband amplifier too. The 400FL has a linear dB scale with a logarithmic AC scale below. Frequency range from 20 Hz to 4 MHz with accuracy from 1% to 4%. Switchable 100 kHz lowpass filter.
Voltage range from 100 µV to 300 V full scale. Input impedance 10 megaohms shunted by 25 pF.
