  • The Hp 437B is a programmable single channel average power meter operating in the range -70 to + 44 dBm over a frequency range of 100 kHz to 50 GHz using the Hp 8480 series power sensors.
    A 1 mW 50 MHz power reference is available at the front panel for calibrating the meter to the power sensor. The power meter displays power in dBm, dB relative, watts and percent relative with both manual or auto ranging capability.
    Zeroing,calibration and offset are capabilities of the meter that can be set either locally by the front panel keys or remotely over the HP-IB.
