HMV Capri JB-1G;
Earphones jack, sold with carrying case.Speaker impedance is 50 Ohms @ 400 c/s. Battery type is Eveready 2362. Originally available in Charcoal with Silver trim. Carry cases were available in Red, Black or Tan.
A later version, introduced in 1968, has as the first 4 transistors as Philips types BF195 BF194 BF195 BC147. This occured after Fairchild Australia ceased manufacturing SE type transistors. Electrolytic caps C15 and C23 are 100µF in lieu of the 80µF shown in the schematic and C20 is 47µF in lieu of the 40µF shown. An even later radio has TR1 and TR3 as a BF495s. The electrolytic caps are as listed here.
A later radio has a charcoal case with a black carry case embossed in a "snakeskin" pattern.
