    Two versions of 410C exist with different amplifier versions. Early version with 12AT7 tube and chopper assembly and late version with OP amps without tube. Both versions have the same outside appearance and specs.

    The chopper uses 4 photoresistors that read 100 kOhms when in bright illumination, over 20 MOhms when dark. They are illuminated by two selected neon bulbs (NE-2?) and driven with a 100 Hz signal.

Gibt es jemanden, der mir sagen kann, wo man technische Daten über diesen Transistor im TO-3 Gehäuse finden kann?

In der ersten Bedruckungszeile steht das Firmenzeichen von Motorola

In der zweiten Bedruckungszeile steht: "3-063"

In der dritten Bedruckungszeilke steht "7739"

Der Leistungstransistor wird in einem HP410C - Röhrenvoltmeter verwendet, um die Heizspannung einer ECC81-Röhre mit stabilisierter Gleichspannung zu versorgen.
