  • Notes
  • Jackson top model capable of testing tubes up to 250V at 125mA, variable signal 0-26VAC and bias 0-26VDC. First series where introduced with 14 sockets on socket bay; UX types, loctal, noval, magnoval, decal, miniature, nuvistor and some special sockets. Later model had only "modern" sockets on socket bay wich is also offered as "upgrade" to owners who had older models. This model also features separate transformers for filament and plate voltage, variable plate voltage in rough and fine adjustment. Altrough tzhe meter indicates transconductance only as percentage and good/bad condition instead of reading in micromhos it is a true "dynamic" type of tester and very reliable. Roll chart is in separate compartment and can be replaced with removing one screw. Calibration is bit complicated and time consuming.
