Nivico Model FA600 Portable Radio

Battery operated de luxe 11-transistor 6-band AM/FM portable radio designed for all-world reception. Housed in an attractive stainless steel cabinet, with a new-style frame antenna featuring a world map with time-table showing the local times of the various countries of the world.
Features: The frame antenna also has two rod antennas and an inbuilt ferrite core antenna ensuring reception of high sensitivity. This radio has separate tone control and is fitted with a dial light. Power output 700 mW.
Specifications: frequency range MW, 535-1605 kC/s (kHz); SW1, 2-4 MC/s (MHz); SW2, 4.75-10 MC/s (MHz); SW3 11.7-22 MC/s (MHz); LW, 150-400 kCs (kHz); FM, 87-108 MC/s (MHz). Speaker 4" x 6" dynamic. Batteries, 6 x UM1 (D Cells).
