15 Watt Portable System 359-P, 855-P

• alternative name: Wholesale Radio

This is one of the most popular sizes of portable systems ever developed. Last year's model far outsold competitive makes. Many organizations bought these systems in quantity for use by their salesmen, demonstrators. etc. Their reports and comments were very enthusiastic. In performance, excellence of design and quality of reproduction they were far superior to anything offered at anywhere near their price.

This year, however, Lafayette engineers have added so many new improvements to this popular unit that it is without question the greatest value ever offered. Among the numerous valuable features added is a new variable tone control for adjusting the high frequency response of the amplifier; new input circuits for velophone, velotron and other microphones requiring exciting current as well as velocity, dynamic, crystal and sound-cell mikes. For a complete description of these various features refer to pages 48 and 49 of this catalog.

The complete system is housed in an attractive airplane luggage carrying case covered with grey fabric and fitted with nickeled hardware.
