This unit is designed for the home, commercial and studio use where appearance of a special type is desired. It is mounted in an attractive airplane cloth carrying case. The color is characteristically tan set off by a band of brown stripes to match. Further smartness is added to its appearance by the use of a gold-finished, high-fidelity crystal pick-up. A 12" turntable is mounted on a Green Flyer motor designed for 78 r.p.m. with governor-type speed control. A built-in control with knob on the panel provides noiseless variation of volume. Other fittings, include "on-off" snap switch, record compartment in cover, approved line cord and plug, full length piano-type hinge, self-locking locks and sturdy leather carrying handle. The case measures 13" wide, 12" deep, 51/2" high (closed). For operation on 110 volts, 50/60 cycles a.c.
