  • The Rider's schematic 6-10 shows in fact the same schematic for M-47, M-48, M-49 and M-50 (catalog page 8). This family uses 3 tuned IF filters like the M-39 etc. Oscillator is the tube 56 and an other 56 is a blocking tube. The 55 is the diode detector incl. for AVC. Four different bands are reached by rotary band switching: BC 194 - 555 m, 72.4 - 216 m, 32.3 - 96.2 m and 12 to 33 m. Tone control, calibrated 2-speed dial. Sensivity is better than 2.5 microvolts per meter with 10 kc selectivity. Push-pull output.
