  • One of the most powerful portable systems ever constructed, using a single Wright DeCoster Dynamic Speaker in one section of the split case. It incorporates three stages of amplification; type 24A tube feeding a type 27 tube and coupled into push-pull 47's, with a type 80 rectifier in a specially designed circuit giving exceptionally high gain. The output of this amplifier is 7.5 watts, and the gain 83 dB. The current supply for the microphone is furnished from the amplifier power pack. It is fitted with a leatherette-covered carrying case and the corners are protected with metal. The size of the carrying ease is 18x18x10". The outfit includes a double button microphone in desk stand, amplifier unit, control panel, loudspeaker, carrying case, cords and plugs This amplifier is adapted for auditoriums, clubs, political gatherings and general public address work. It will cover audiences of 600 to 1000 people. Extra loudspeakers may be connected to cover larger gatherings.
