AND DETECTOR PENTODE TUBES (converter uses three tubes—1-'58, 1-'57, 1-'26). 270 Degree straight line frequency condensers for smooth non-critical tuning over the entire range from 18 to 206 meters. Large Vernier Dial for absolute ease in tuning. Simplicity of operation—no critical regeneration control, as this set can be logged because the oscillator is the main frequency control. Individual tuning of the Oscillator and detector which assures perfect speaking on each station.

The selectivity and sensitivity of this converter is limited only by the corresponding characteristics of the broadcast receiver, since it acts as the intermediate frequency amplifier.

The converter is housed in an attractive black crystalline finish cabinet, 11 inches square and 7 1/2 inches high.

Supplied with eight plug-in coils from 18 to 206 meters, completely wired and tested in cabinet.
