  • The "low profile" LRC-70 has been created for the connoisseur who demands magnificent stereo hi-fidelity performance from a compact, gracefully styled control unit. The LRC-70 has been designed for complete ease of installation and use. This has been accomplished by integrating a superb Lafayette AM/FM Stereo Receiver and a professional Garrard stereo record changer onto one handsome walnut wood base.

    The LRC-70 contains a powerful solid-state 50-watt AM/FM Stereo Receiver with 2 FET's,
    31 Transistors, 25 Diodes, and 2 Thermistors. Features an illuminated AM/FM signal strength tuning meter, automatic FM Stereo switching, MPX Filter, FM stereo indicator light, and a
    4-Gang FM tuning condenser for extra sensitivity.

    The renowned Garrard 40B stereo turntable features a full viscous damped tone arm and single lever cueing. Plays 7", 10", and 12" records at 16⅔, 33⅓, 45, and 78 rpm. A Deluxe Pickering V15/AC-3 Dustamatic™ stereo cartridge is already installed in the tone arm.

    LRC-70 controls include: pushbutton loudness, tape monitoring, high filter, and stereo/mono mode selection, concentric volume/balance, bass, treble, and a mode selector. Outputs for use of Main, Remote, Main and Remote speakers are provided. 2 Front panel stereo Mike Inputs, Tape Inputs, Front and rear panel Tape Outputs, 2 AC convenience outlets, external FM antenna jack.
