  • The Lafayette "Wide World Short Wave Receiver" was sold as AC model with a separate power pack and as battery model - with different tubes. They have a tuning range of 14 to 115 with the furnished coils. By buying further coils it could receive 9-15 meters, 115-200 meters, 200-360 meters and 350-550 meters or with band spreading amateur coils either the 40 or 80 m band. Push-pull output.
