- The Lawrence 1-tube Regenerative Receiver and Two-Stage Audio Amplifier was built by the Briggs & Stratton Company (BASCO) under a sub-licensing agreement with Tri-City Electric Supply Company (Tresco). Neither Lawrence Radio nor Briggs & Stratton held an Armstrong regenerative patent license so the Tri-City license was used to produce these radios.
