Notes | The cap. tuning was introduced to modify the 4708 (Beitman 7-75) from inductive tuning to 4708R (Beitman 8-83) with capacitive tuning. R might stand for Revised. There are doubts whether a 4708R chassis would match a cabinet designed to take a 4706 chassis. Consequently we must assume that here a modified 4706 chassis was fit, which we call 4706R (similar to the a.m. 4708 story). |
