  • The chassis back on this radio appears to have "50B5" overstamped by "50C5".  This suggests the radio was built in mid-1949, when the 50C5 was being prepped for 1950-model radio releases.  The radio design was surely from before 1950, as it appears an earlier version used the 50B5.
