  • Stromversorgung des VHF-Funksprechgeräts BC-1000 bei Verwendung als Fahrzeuggerät (Jeep). Das A.A.3 wird dabei statt des üblichen Batteriepacks im Batteriegehäuse untergebracht (Bezeichnung der Funkanlage dann AN/VRC-3).

    Das A.A.3 erzegt aus der Spannung der Fahrzeugbatterie die Betriebsspannungen für das Funksprechgerät BC-1000: Anodenspannungen 90 V und 150 V, Heizspannung 4,5 V.

    Verwendet wird die Zerhacker-Patrone M650C, im Gerät ist eine zusätzliche Fassung für einen Ersatz-Zerhacker.
