    Gemäss "radio und fernsehen" 1959-1961, Seite 616, ist der HF-Teil des Modells "Minsk" mit Diffusionstransistoren P 401 und der NF-Teil mit Germaniumtransistoren P 13 A bestückt. Weiterhin enthält der Empfänger noch zwei Dioden vom Typ D 1 E. Der Empfänger soll sich durch eine hohe Empfindlichkeut und gute Selektivität auszeichnen.
