Radiotelefono portatile operante nella rete analogica TACS (Total Access Communications System). In Italia la rete TACS fu operante dalla fine degli anni 80 fino al 31 dicembre 2005, soppiantata dala rete GSM.
L'evoluzione della TACS fu la E-TACS (Extended TACS) che consentiva una minore possibilità di clonazione e l'invio di messaggi SMS.
