  • This Radiosonde is a scientific instrument to be carried aloft by a baloon. During the flight, it transmits radio signals that provide a continuous record of Temperature, Pressure and Humidity of the atmosphere through which it passes.

    Ranges of meteorological sensing elements are Barometric pressure from 5 to 1060 mbars, Temperature from - 90 °C to + 50 °C, Relative Humidity from 15 % to 90 %.

    It transmits in UHF with adjustable frequency from 395 to 406 MHz. Power is supplied by a water-activated battery (Navy BA-316/AM), 340 grams weight.
